The Osongco Syndicate is a large-scale criminal network based on the island of Mindoro ([[South Torbia]]). The Syndicate is led by Zikri Osongco. Zikri Osongco is 42 year-old Muslim who has lived on Mindaro all his life. Growing up poor and without a father, Osongco got involved in crime early on, robbing non-Muslims beginning in his teens. Naturally charismatic, he began to attract the attentions of other unemployed teenagers, and soon began organizing them.
