United Torbia
United Torbia is largely an unorganized group of 2,000 to 10,000 South Torbians who want to unify both North and South Torbia under a democratic government. They are strongly pro-South Torbian government and do not attack local or federal officials. The United Torbia members consist of those that are prepared to defend South Torbia against an invasion from their northern neighbors and have made preparations for such a war by stockpiling food, water, weapons, and ammunition. There is no connection between United Torbia and the Torbian Unity political party.
United Torbia is more of a counter-insurgent organization. It is pro-government and anti-communist that wants to unite the country with a democratically elected government. Occasionally, United Torbia will have disagreements with the government over censorship. Excessively inflammatory material, which United Torbia is likely to produce, is at times prohibited by the government in the name of regional stability. However, the government may also allow United Torbia's propaganda in order to unofficially send a message to North Torbia.
