Comment/Input

> (26 June 18)

- DATE Europe working meeting to discuss current status and way ahead

- Jamie & Wayne to work synchronization across DATE Europe countries

- Wayne to talk with Keith in reference to the individual country maps as well as infrastructure information (KML files) available.

> 28 June 18

- TORRIKE: Criminal Activity draft completed. Entered into ODIN with graphics.

- Working group meeting 1300-1520

> 29 June 18

- Continuing to add Criminal activity narratives and graphics completed by Marc

- Working through PAO comments for changes in ODIN.

> 2 July 18

- Walt drafting the DATE Europe strategic overview

- Walt's strategic overview email'd to the team.

> 5 July 18

- Conversation with Walt on the strategic framework for DATE Europe. The team's approach is to adapt Skolkan, JWC exercise backgrounds to produce the strategic setting for DATE Europe. Using the adaptation process, the team will remove references to Russia, Soviet Union, WARSAW Pact and references to other exercise countries. References to Donovia and other DATE countries are allowed.

> 6 July 18

- Discussion with Danny concerning the elimination of Skolkan from the DATE Europe for Laura's Red Diamond article. Walt proposed/stated that we needed to replace Skolkan with Baltic Sea Empire. Skolkan needs to remain in DATE Europe to allow relevance to JMRC. The countries of Dushman and Tolima, both from Skolkan, need to be removed from DATE Europe.

> 11 July 18

- Discussion concerning the use of hard dates in the DATE OEs with Angela and Walt. Where possible, change the narrative to show a sliding date and where specific dates are used then slide the date range forward to 2018. Example, a data table showing election results over the last 5 years would change from 2007 - 2012 to 2013 - 2018.

>23 July 18

- Team meeting to discuss JMRC's approach to SABRE Junction exercise and DATE Europe. Main points involved Skolkan, military force size, synchronization with Donovia from DATE Caucasus, DATE country borders, and the level of detail in the INFOWAR variables for each country.

> 25 July 18

- DATE Europe team meeting with AOC Redesign Team CGSC to discuss the DATE baseline support for their course. DATE Europe team tasked to create a slide deck focused on an overview of the DATE and to answer dense urban terrain questions from leadership.

> 26 July 18

- DATE Europe team meeting with MCTP Team X-ray exercise planning team lead to review the DATE's status and baseline support for a potential upcoming MCTP exercise scenario.

>30 July 18

- Discussion of the Information variable. Guidance is to follow the standard DATE template to include EW, INFOWAR, Cyber capabilities for each of the DATE Europe countries. Also, include information for the 5 major cities of each country in the Infrastructure variable in light of dense urban terrain training requirements.

> 2 Aug 18

- Discussed the lack of detail for Gotland in the current narrative. The intention is for Gotland to be a friction point between Torrike, Bothnia, Donovia, and the Baltic States. Adding more detail to expand the situation to create the point of conflict over Gotland to the Torrike and Bothnia narratives.

> 7 Aug 18

- Request from CGSC AOC course development team for the DATE Europe map data to support course products. Forwarded current PDF documents via email attachment to POC and packaging data files on DVD for delivery.

> 16 Aug 18

- Team discussion concerning meeting the users (Defender 2020) content requirements for DATE Europe. Follow-on meeting to discuss phased development to expand variables for the Arctic, Gotland island, and other Baltic Sea islands.

> 21 Aug 18

- Discussion with the editor concerning review of DATE Europe. With current workload and schedule, DATE Europe will not be reviewed before the 31 August deadline.

- Meeting with DATE Europe team to define information requirements for the IPR on 23 August.
